Sorry sunday

Yesterday I made some peanut butter cupcakes to take to my artist friend. I got the recipe from Blipper Cakeophilia's blog. I found the cake a little bit dry, although my friends didn't, (I think I cooked them a couple of minutes too long) but the peanut butter frosting was divine - I think more went in my mouth than on the cakes. I will definitely try them again and take them out a bit sooner. I wish I had made more for our guests this afternoon for coffee and cake. Less said about the concoctions I served up today the better. I don't have many failures but they only occur when we have invited guests.
