Santa Maria del Fiore

The rain poured down on us almost the whole day. When it was not raining, the overcast sky did not encourage any outdoor activity anyway. Yet there is no shortage of stuff to do. The highlight of the morning was a visit to the Dome, the Battistero and Giotto’s Bell Tower ( in the picture). The afternoon was a bit lazier, but watching a film was still pleasant. I found The film itself -Victoria and Abdul - a bit silly, despite having Judi Dench, one of my favourite actresses, as the main character.
