An intense flurry of emails clarified a lot of things for the week ahead and I’ll definitely be heading down to Chester tomorrow.

Once that was agreed I decided a quick spin was in order and, as I only needed to do ten miles to pass my 2,000 mile target for the year, I headed along to the Yew Tree to celebrate. I didn’t celebrate too much in case those pals who’ve already done nearly 4,000 miles started kicking off.

Home to finish off the presentation for later this week and do a quick supermarket sweep.
