Right on Track

A cool November day was brightened by glorious sunshine. Spent the day playing track day hostess at Brands Hatch and helping customers get the most out of their experience from taking video on their phones to doing up their helmet straps to finding lost SD cards!

By far the best part of my day was seeing the sheer joy on one customer's face as he got out of the car from his Hot Laps experience to celebrate his birthday. He was completely deaf and losing his vision through diabetes but showed no signs of feeling sorry for himself and was the most enthusiastic and best behaved customer of the day. His family joined him today to support him and had (almost) as much fun as he did.

I came home with a big smile on my face knowing I helped the motorsport team create the memory of a lifetime for one special customer today.
