Albir is celebrating .... and Flying the Flag!
the Albir beach has been awarded a Blue Flag...... every year since 1987!
The Blue Flags are awarded to beaches that have clean sea water, high quality services .... such as clean sand/ pebbles, showers, foot showers, walk ways, First Aid posts.... perhaps a beach library service - which we have.
There is a dedicated beach team, who are at work every day to ensure that the standards are met and maintained.
