Night visitor

Well, the new camera has picked up our night visitor- the cat that steals Taz’s food.
 
For months we thought this cat was feral because she was so timid. Now the camera reveals she has a collar and a bell.
 
Clearly she belongs to someone. Despite inquiries around the neighborhood no one claims ownership.
 
I suspect her owner throws her out every night.
