Blue November

Unable to accept we are already in November. Walking to work and blue skies and dappled sunshine. Too warm, but wonderful all at once.

A horrible shift tonight because dysphoria was really going for me, constantly feeling panicky but things improved after going on break. Odd to feel so bad, haven't really been in that place since just before starting T. But managed to get through, and home for food and Robot Wars. Little things.
