Still standing  - just about - despite my predictions two years ago...
New buildings continue to develop around this shell, but nothing seems to be happening as far as the old pub is concerned. On my way back from an early haircut - my hairdresser rang to see if I could get there for 9.30 instead of 11.30 as she had to go to a funeral. No problem... much...tired now...
