Early sun

Sadly the clear skies arrived too late for P and H, who really did endure some rather rubbish weather during their brief stay. We walked over to Mannerheimintie this morning to accompany them to the bus, and the sun coming up over Töölönlahti was catching the tops of the buildings as we waited at the stop. I hope they got home safely - we've yet to hear, but they had a fairly extended journey in front of them first back to Glasgow and then to their home on the west coast several hours north of Glasgow.

Meanwhile, I went in to work, but I was suffering a bit. I perked up with an excellent conversation about research with P, and then finally an exercise class, which was just the tonic I needed.
