Critical Failure!

I have no idea how this happened, the most traumatic thing that has ever happened to this bike is a puncture.

It was good fun cycling home after work; through central London in the dark with slightly 'vague' steering. If I'd realised it was brittle fracture, not slight loosening, I think I would have been more reluctant to race a coach through the Piccadilly Underpass...
