She was not in the mood for posing, too many requests since her debut on the national scene I guess. This old cardboard & paper jack-lantern was my mother's, it has certainly suffered some pet chewing damage over the years. Raspberry wasn't very interested in it out on the piazza floor until the little grasshopper jumped on...green of grasshopper...

For the Record,
This day came in sunny, damp and humid, NASTY. It was a hot night last evening, I hope the building breezes bring in some crisper air. My brother has fog and mist on the coast of Maine. He and G and my sister in law are in Machiasport closing our summer place for the 2012 season.
