If my neighbour was a cat ...

... how many lives would he have used by now?

I am staggered by this man's recklessness and for the trauma he would cause his family if he fell.  It is true that he has done an amazing job virtually alone in erecting his new roof, but he shocks us every day with his utter disregard for safety.
