Pfeil L15/2

I bought myself an early birthday present - a brand new Pfeil V-shape gouge. Pfeil are Swiss made tools with a pear shaped handle made of smooth Ash wood, a 12.5 cm long chrome vanadium alloy steel shaft and an incredibly sharp cutting edge.. The number LS15/2 refers to the curvature of the cutting edge (1 being flat,15 being a very sharp V;the 2 refers to the width of the cutting edge in millimetres. Until now all my tools have been U-shaped; a V-shaped tool will enable me to create more accurate edges and corners.
