Busy

A very busy evening! Home early to take Pippa to the Vet. A slight improvement but still on crate rest! She is demented and full of energy she can’t get rid of.
Then to corefit. She made us do sit ups with a partner standing on our feet to help? It actually did and I managed 30. Tired now though... hence the last minute blip! Goodnight all!
