Tray bake

Well in spite of the ‘ juice’ it worked:) Very rich but quite nice. Looked pretty too! I’ve made a proper oven bake tonight - Dorset Apple Cake - the oven worked fine:). I think I’m slowly getting the hang of an electric oven!!
