A bit of an EB. This is one of the clay funny faces after it was glazed and fired in a wood fired oven at high temperature for 8 hours. The results are not quite as interesting as the Raku method we used 2 years ago but still had the surprise element that Raku has as all the colours look pretty much alike until they are fired. A slurry of ash was also added for interest.
A game of Scrabble and lunch with a friend then a personal training session this afternoon. It was a good day for indoors. Cold and wet.
