First seriously frosty morning

Which was cold. And surprising after all the warm for this time of year weather we have been having. Forgive the lack of  capitals and proper punctuation but as a physician acquaintance of mine once said " if you want me to get through all these charts typing punctuation is something that happens to other people"   and due to a night full of leg cramps( I stretched and didn't overstretch have no idea what's up with the leg cramps) and cat throwing up on the carpet I am not in the most coherent of states this AM. But in a small political aside our president isn't ever there so who am I to complain?
