Freebies!

Who doesn't love a freebie? Louise and I certainly didn't miss out when we renewed our Royal Society of Chemistry memberships today. We got lab specs, pens, periodic tables with thermometers, sticks of rock...

Sure the lab specs are too big for me and I already have two pairs...but they were FREE!

We had our first Science Faculty Team Bible study this afternoon too. We spoke about other things we get for free: grace - "God's Riches At Christ's Expense" is one explanation of it. Even though we aren't worthy Jesus still chose to go to the cross so our relationship with God is now restored and we can enjoy eternal salvation with him. All he asks in return is that we love and accept him as our Lord and Saviour. Now that kind of freebie is much better than this sparkly RSC pom pom thing...
