Shimmering tree
I've really liked Graham Colling's photos, so I downloaded the old Digital outback Photography script he referred to and gave it a try today. There's much room for improvement, and in particular having the camera on a ball and socket head was not a good idea - either a pan and tilt or geared head on a levelling base would be better I think, and having more photographs to work from would be preferable too. I hope to experiment more when time permits, but at present I'm still busy processing all the video I shot one day last week.
Although I used to follow DOP regularly until Uwe died some years ago, somehow I missed the technique and script when it was originally posted there.
