Out of body experience(s) / The squirrel hunter

A few minutes after capturing the different elements for this shot I was crouched down in the undergrowth photographing the same stream, almost hidden from view when I heard a voice saying "hello" in a questioning manner. I stood up holding my camera up as if to explain what was going on, but the man was just staring.(Thank God he didn't come along a few minutes earlier when I was repeatedly leaping back and forth over a stream in front of a camera like a demented Gazelle!) "Been taking photos" I eventually muttered. And then noticing he was carrying a gun, I said "Good shooting?" "3 squirrels" came the reply. He then asked me if I'd seen any more squirrels and in a moment of weakness I told him where I had seen lots before, immediately feeling guilty for blowing their cover! Luckily, for the squirrels he decided to call it a day.
