A circular route on Loughrigg this morning though I was nowhere near the summit. I did get the camera out but preferred this shot looking to the Fairfield Horseshoe taken earlier with my phone. 

It was wet and muddy. At one point it was like walking up a stream, then realised I was!  My footwear combination of studded shoes and waterproof socks was a good choice.
