Well not yet....

It was cold outside. Our telescope arrived today and we went out to try it out. Sadly by the time we found anything to actually look at (Jupiter) SJH befallen asleep so I put him to bed.

Thing is, this is all new to us and in fairness other than the basic constellations we aren't very good at finding stuff.

Practice and the joys of having a 'dark skies' field behind the house. The arm of the Milky Way was showing up great tonight.

Guess we had better get and read these magazines.
