Murality

This morning was spent putting the final touches to a talk and slideshow that I was due to give to a senior citizens' group in Cumbernauld this afternoon. The topic was the Glasgow Murals Trail.

Unfortunately, the church hall where we were meeting has high windows on two sides and no curtains - a bit of a problem on a sunny afternoon like today's, when one is trying to give a photo presentation. So, basically, we had a slideshow where most of those present couldn't actually make out what was on the screen!

I found myself trying to describe each picture, which kind of defeated the purpose. Ho hum.

Stopped off on the way home to photograph another piece of street art in an underpass in Cumbernauld (pictured). It seemed the right thing to do. Hope you can see it OK.
