Cooking with Kate @gowercottage

Today my good lady wife and I strolled along to the Newport Food Festival, first visit was to the old market place to see some demonstrations. We found some seats near the front and parked our butts, before we knew it we had the company of another twitter pal Jane.

The main attraction for us was to see a the demonstration from a Twitter pal Kate who make the most amazing brownies you have ever tasted, honestly. We had a fun time watching Kate show us her expertise in cooking and sampling her wares.

Soon it was time to leave and take a walk around the city centre taking in all stalls along the way. Time for coffee we thought, so another tweetup was arranged. This time with Jerry, Leanne and Carys. We had a good old natter and time flew quickly, then along came Jane, so we nattered some more.

Time soon flew and we needed to head off, but before we went we just had to go and get some brownies from Kate's stall. So here i am now, telling you about my lovely day scoffing the finest brownies you will every have.
