Not the Highlands
A scene from the highlands ?
The cattle wandering into the sea is a common sight on a Scottish sea loch but these beasts were in Rotherham.
The Rother Valley Country park was our last stop on the way home from Norfolk - somewhere we have never managed to visit even though it's only a little over an hour from home.
We sat in the sunshine watching birds and the cattle on the Nature reserve section eating blueberry muffins and drinking Earl Grey tea. It was so peaceful it was hard to believe it was real.
After the flatlands of Norfolk and Lincolnshire and returning to the Peak District the hills all seemed enormous - great to be home.
