I was supposed to have a medical at 9:20am, they wanted urine and so told me to drink plenty of water. So I did. Lots of water. You can imagine how annoyed I was by 9:30 when the nurse had not turned up.
By the time she appeared at 10:20 I could hardly walk up the hall to open the door. Luckily she'd guessed I might have been holding on so had the sample bottle in her hand as I opened the door. I grabbed it off her and sprinted (in a crablike trying not to wee manner) to the toilet.

ahhhhhh.

the headline is that I'm a bit fat but otherwise ok.

This was followed by a highly entertaining evening in Sawston. Lovely to catch up with everyone.
