Cooking competition

It’s the arts festival in China this week. We have had to take part in a number of activities such as, sports, performance, flower arrangements and also cooking. We went for a simple classic dish of steak, caramelised carrots and garlic mushrooms with a black pepper sauce. We were judged on our cooking skills however the topics were rather odd...colour, placement, nutrition, culture and exciting!
