Durham

We love Durham. We visited the lovely covered in market and bought our favourite pies and some garlic pickle!  Then a quick hike up to the cathedral and then along the river. There was a colourful autumn and combined winter feel as with blue sky and cold clear air.

A great place for an impromtu saturday 'afternoon mooch around'
