Pierna rota.

Poor Minnie - she was delighted to see me despite having sustained a broken rear leg a few days ago. She races along beaches, leaps rocks and goes mountaineering without incident, but jumping off the sofa on this occasion caused a freak accident. Being an elderly lady (14), her bones are quite porous and not suitable for a pinning operation, so as it was a clean break the vet applied a firm "soft" bandage to support it until it heals - at least 8 weeks. Until then no adventures are advised, and lots of rest, so looks like I'm going to be stuck indoors for a while too. No hardship as it happens, as I came back to heavy rain and biting cold gales....
