Experiment

This chap was also at the fair I mentioned yesterday (saw him when we returned grandson)  He is playing a replica Medieval instrument and using a goose feather for the first time to pluck the strings.  He has also used a swan feather and a piece of cow horn.  He says it is difficult to ascertain from available pictures what was used originally
