the one eyed monster

We were in Birmingham to see the Carol King musical, Beautiful, at the Hippodrome. We arrived early for pre dinner in the Chinese Quarter so  thought a mooch in Selfirdges would be a good idea. Wrong, it was heaving at 5pm.

The blip is of the OEM that is Selfriges in Birmingham. The extra is inside the store.

I thought the show was good but not great, Lesley was on her feet and far more positive. Perhaps I was comparing it too much with Jersey Boys which was far better.
