(It’s begging to look a lot like) Christmas
The nights are getting longer (at least in this hemisphere); it is getting colder by the day. There are crap Christmas TV movies showing wall to wall on channel 5. So it’s time to get in the spirit.
However the real sign that Santa’s sleigh can’t be far away is the big Christmas ads are coming out. John Lewis started all this nonsense, with retailers spending the budget of a decent film on a sixty second ad, but their one is pretty dull this time. This year the M&S ad, with barely a mention of the shop and not a single product on display is the clear winner. This is just a fact and not up for debate.
I love this guy. He knows what it’s all about :)
