A Page in My Diary ...

After a steady day of studying with a good paced run with Him Outdoors in the middle, Ona and I headed to Cambridge this evening.

It was a rashly booked, nearly forgotten Alison Moyet gig which felt like quite a commitment on a Sunday night. However, it was definitely worth it!

We chatted all the way there, through very heavy traffic and managed to pop for a quick pizza before going to the rather lovely Corn Exchange.

Alison Moyet was excellent! She played songs we’d forgotten about but still knew all the words to and some of her new album which was terrific to hear live. Quite a treat and sat down, too! How middle aged and civilised!
