This one is more entertaining to watch.

30 mile local bike ride this morning on my resurrected singlespeed. No suspension, one gear and an unfit rider equals lots of aching. Got absolutely plastered in mud. Had to wash my lower legs off outside with water from the water butt, which numbed the toes somewhat.

Really glad I got up and went out though.
