No parking please

Another gloomy day today - a big change from yesterday! The only excitement of the day was meeting Mrs M off the Glasgow train - the station man seemed to be rather amused that I would take a picture of such an ordinary subject as the train from Glasgow. He must have thought I was a real trainspotting geek!

The station car park in Oban has been closed for many weeks now, making it hard to find anywhere to park when picking people up from the train or ferry. I was told to complain to Scotrail, which I did several weeks ago, and was told that there was a problem with the sensor, which lies under the road. This doesn't stop the staff and taxis going in, so just because of a technicality we have nowhere to park. Why don't they just let us park free until they get it fixed?
