Not sure how the tiara got there

Crap day. Went to see the alternative provision for Big Fish and I just can’t see him there and managing. Devastated as there is nowhere else local that could go anywhere near meeting his complexity of need. It’s the life threatening choking/suctioning that makes it all so scary. He was black in the face last night after a particularly harrowing choke and vomit. Don’t like the idea that this would be a long term placement for adulthood either. I want a young adult placement.
