The white dot in the middle

is Eda!

We met up with Grace's friend Helen and her mum in Ashton Court today for a nice walk around the parkland and lunch. The park is just across the Avon Gorge via the Clifton Suspension Bridge and could be a million miles away from the city. The annual balloon festival starts from here and there are great views of the city and a deer enclosure.

Eda was in her baby carrier with only the top of her head visible. She slept the whole time, even when we hand lunch in the stables where Helen and her mum took it in turns to hold her. Fed and asleep again now, I'm in charge whilst Grace takes a nap before making a start on tea.

A very pleasant day out. Oh and I had real smiles this morning!
