I was waiting here for a customer earlier. I like the electric scooter waiting outside for it's owner to return. I've seen a number of serious drinkers resort to these things after they get banned for drink driving. There doesn't seem to be any medical requirements for people to purchase a scooter. You don't have to prove that you are disabled. If you have the money and you would rather ride home from the pub in relative comfort rather than staggering all over the road, this is a good choice.
