5 x Navy.

For the past few days there were 5 navy vessels (mine hunters) in the Delfzijl harbour.
I didn't know that, until just now, when I saw a post about it on Facebook.
As a real 'Delfsielster' one has to go and see.

Of course Daan wanted to join (Bas wasn't at home, athletics training) so we both went to the dark and silent harbour (one of my favorite places) to see the ships for ourselves.
4 in row, and the last 2 lay side by side. All grey and quiet in a bit of a spooky atmosphere.


I didn't bring my proper camera. An iphone pic will have to do.
