On the wall!!

We managed to hang these this morning without a ladder after all!!

The framed embroidery at the top was done in 1974, when we lived in Lossiemouth and has hung on walls in a number of houses. It was a Christmas present and came as a kit. I think it was called Day and Night, but in those days I didn't label my work.

The Alaska wallhanging was finished on Saturday and is called Silhouettes of Southeast Alaska. It involved some new techniques for me which were interesting to learn.

The one below it, All around the Houses,  was blipped a couple of weeks ago. It was made from scraps of fabric from my stash, some were leftovers from the Alaska work.

They look good together and brighten up the stairwell.

I've added some more details pics in extras.
