Autumnal canal

I was supposed to be working today but as I have not been feeling well I phoned for a doctors appointment. 20 mins later I was at the hospital getting an ECG which was all clear I am pleased to say.

A walk along the canal  where this couple appeared at just the right moment for my shot. 

This afternoon back to the hospital for a doctors appointment  to discuss my high blood pressure. I am now on medication to reduce the "Hypertension" and this evening I can feel my body relaxing for the first time in weeks. Maybe this is the meds working or maybe the relaxation after the stress of worrying about it for the last week.
