Visit

I'm not sure how to describe these, they're a non sweet thing with nuts inside. We were served them on a visit to a new family I've got to know through K's friend at school. They're from mosul and her husband went back there ydy to try to sell their house which is still standing. It was such a lovely visit and I'm excited to get to know this family better.

Everyone's been talking about the earthquake today. So sad how many died and were injured in the border towns and villages.
