Mentoring

I am part of an organisation that offers mentoring to those working in the housing sector. This is my third year and today I got to meet my new mentee. We'll be meeting several times during the next 12 months and I'm looking forward to seeing how we get along.

I love being able to help, challenge and encourage those who want to progress and develop further.
