On my way to Sydney....

headed out mid morning to Sydney, they want to do more blood work before my surgery (20th November!) so it was a fabulous day for a drive!   got to the hospital only to find that the Blood Collection department was closed today....Veteran's holiday apparently!    A bit frustrating cos it's an hour each way!!!

but not to be deterred, i did get some good retail therapy in....such simple delights!
