From yesterday

This is a pic from yesterday's spider phobia workshop. I allowed this spider to run across my hand twice. I'm very pleased with that.

Today was a funny old day. I think I was still spaced out from the spider hypnotherapy. I comforted myself with a desktop easel which I'm hoping will help with my back.
