Or Just one hand but captured with a bit of a longer shutter and a flash set to multi!

Just trying out the features on my rather cheap manual flash. I can set a number of flashes for it to put out and also the frequency at which it puts them out. Up to 100 flashes at up to 100Hz. Really rather good, I reckon!

Sitting in a hotel room waiting for tomorrows mentoring session with a fabulous photographer in Chester :) The downside being, of course, that I can't watch Red Dwarf tonight as the freeview in the hotel isn't tuned to Dave for the feed to my room :((((((((
