Old Ferry Station

Took the opportunity for drive around the countryside with mum and reminisced the old days with dad.
Found this old ferry gangway at Batu Kawa township. When the bridge was constructed some 10 years ago (hidden from view to the left of picture), the old ferry port was dismantled and left with a partial gangway (kids playing it).
The red temple building was restored to its formal Buddhist worshipping or rendezvous place.
