Not the best of days

Went to the hospital and got told I need to have an operation to remove the lump from my breast and the one under my arm. Apparently it is hormone related which is good as they can give me tablets to reduce my estrogen (is that US spelling?) which I've started today and will also have to take Vit D to put back into my bones to prevent osteoporosis from the lack of estrogen.

I go in on 30th for a chest x ray and my op is scheduled for 13th December. I'll be in for one night all being well.

Cannot decide how best to use carers over this period. Visiting in the day, sleeping over or living in.
Still not able to relax or concentrate on very much. Have been eating my way through a box of chocs I've had in for a while as I felt I deserved them. The blip is of the box lid.
