Roof

This could be the entrance to a fabulous art deco theatre, but is in fact the roof of a former church which is now home to The Gate charity  in Alloa.  

Under this beautiful roof, the Gate runs (amongst other things) a community soup pot, community cafe and also a food bank generously supported by big hearted Wee County residents.

I was there this evening at an event for Trustees of community organisations and, as ever, was left in awe at how many people are giving up so much of their time to help others in their communities.
