Grrrr

Not my parcel, but delivered to be my Hermes. The driver was completely disinterested. Trying to contact customer services is like trying to hack the pentagon, it is nigh on impossible to speak to someone. Instead a glib message is played that 'most queries can be solved by visiting the FAQ section of the website' clearly not!
Not only is it not my parcel but the damage is significant, revealing clearly the contents inside. Four office wall calendars.
